BOARD DECIDES THE BUREAU OF DISCONTINUED TORO MANAGING DIRECTOR OF

The Board of Directors of the Mesa del Toro, allocation of powers laid down in its Statute, decided today to dismiss the managing director, Eduardo Martin Peñate, the impossibility of maintaining the acquired professional and financial commitment when he was appointed manager of the Bank. The termination will be effective the next day March 30. The Board has unanimously agreed to thank Mr Martin-Peñate the work done in the implementation of the Mesa del Toro
The governing body of the Federation has also decided to delegate to the Standing Committee for temporarily assume the management functions of the Federation. This standing committee will meet weekly.
